This model was built to illustrate possible future uses for Sealand - a platform in the North Sea that was previously a pirate radio station and has a somewhat grey legal standing as an independent country.

We did various rooms as a casino, a luxury hotel room, office space, server rack space and a kitchen/diner as per the clients request.
